FishEye Studios doors are also open to production companies and photographers for full-day and half-day rental of the studio space. The studio has been rented for TV spots and commercial video shoots by both local and regional companies.
The studio is conveniently located in the West-End of Downtown Greenville, SC, with easy access to I-385 and proximity to great restaurants and hotels. Here are some of the amenities available at FishEye Studios that make it ideal for productions:
-Spacious 5000 sq.ft building with rear and front parking-1500 sq.ft studio space with 14ft ceilings and HVAC-24 ft. wide cyc wall, 27 ft. deep painted white. Both can be painted with any color including chroma key green or blue-An 11.5 ft. x 24 ft. motorized green screen is available as an add-on rental. It goes up and down with the simple push of a button-5.5 ft. edge space on either side of cyc-12'x12' garage door in the studio that makes unloading gear convenient-Studio Dimensions: 35ft wide by 40ft deep with additional 8ft. depth with adjacent kitchen-Studio walls have an acoustic foam sound treatment-Enough room to move around and construct sets -3 restrooms total, 2 handicap-accessible-Large dressing room for models and talent-Multiple spots for wardrobe, hair, and make-up stylists to set up stations-Several tables and bars for meals and additional room for craft services/catering-Full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher-Furnished like a modern home with comfortable furniture and artsy decor making guests feel welcome -Large conference room with Wi-Fi
Power Breakdown: - no power charge in addition to the studio rental rate- facility equipped w/ Phase III 200 Amp System w/ 6 breaker switches dedicated to the studio
*Most productions have additionally brought a tow along blimped generator or a generator of some sort
The space can also be rented for corporate events and art shows. (3 Hour Minimum)-the space has hosted five art shows with 150 + attendees -The spot is a great alternative for corporate parties. Even installed a dance floor in the studio for the last one
ALL OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AS A FULL-DAY OR HALF-DAY:-Half-Days are 5 hours-Full-Days are 10 hours-Events have a 3-hour minimum
OPTIONS INCLUDE RENTAL OF:-Studio Only-Studio and Conference Room/Client Room-Rental of entire facility (private offices aside)*all options include use of kitchen, dressing room, and 3 restrooms
